New Product Introduction Project Manager

About the role

The New Product Introduction Project Manager will oversee, manage and coordinate all operational aspects of cross‑functional projects that bring new products to market. This role acts as the primary liaison between project teams and multiple departments, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and close projects while maintaining master schedules and budgets.
• Prioritize competing timelines, identify schedule risks, and assess cost and resource impacts.
• Maintain project documentation, track resources, and reconcile budgets.
• Facilitate communication across functional areas, gathering feedback and ensuring project objectives are understood.
• Drive process improvements and support department management on special initiatives.
• Lead and mentor project support staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide career guidance.

Required profile

• Strong organizational, analytical, and detail‑oriented abilities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Team player, self‑starter, strategic thinker with persuasive communication skills.
• Fluent in business English and Spanish, both written and oral.

Required skills

• Experience with Ariba Sourcing and Contracting modules.
• Familiarity with SAP, Trackwise, and other project‑management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Practical knowledge of change‑control processes and project‑management software.
