Mid-level IT Recruiter

About the role

Dellent, a consulting firm specialized in Information Systems and Telecommunications, is expanding its Lisbon office and seeks a Mid-level IT Recruiter. You will own the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, helping shape the company’s talent acquisition strategy in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of technical roles, from intake to offer.
• Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, building strong, qualified shortlists.
• Conduct interviews, including portions in English.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process, aligning expectations and providing regular updates.
• Maintain a candidate CRM, ensuring an up‑to‑date pipeline with accurate data.
• Stay informed on technology trends and the IT job market to enable strategic conversations with candidates and clients.
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably as a Technical or IT Recruiter.
• Solid understanding of the tech industry and ability to explain role requirements clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Tenacity and a proven ability to build and maintain a professional network.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (required).
• Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, Applied Languages, or a related field is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with online interview platforms is desirable.
• Interest in growing into client‑management responsibilities.
