Merchant Service Representative

About the role

The Merchant Service Representative provides high‑quality customer service to both internal and external clients. Using deep knowledge of the company’s merchant products and programs, the representative ensures smooth onboarding of merchant data and supports billing inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective customer service for all merchant‑related inquiries.
• Enter and maintain merchant data across multiple applications to enable product acceptance.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
• Assist with billing and financial questions related to merchant onboarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products, programs, and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least two years of experience in a customer‑care or data‑entry role.
• Experience with technology‑focused products or financial inquiries is a plus.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and analytical abilities.
