Management Consultant – Talent

About the role

As a Management Consultant in Accenture’s Talent practice, you will partner with clients to redesign their people strategies and workforce capabilities. You will work on HR and workforce transformation projects, leveraging innovative solutions including AI in HR.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of HR Transformation and Workforce Transformation projects.
• Design and implement talent strategies that align workforce capabilities with business objectives.
• Contribute to Change Management and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Analyze client challenges and develop talent and workforce solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with client and project teams.
• Assist in the adoption of AI and digital workforce transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Experience in HR Transformation, Workforce Transformation, Change Management or Talent projects.
• Consulting and client‑facing experience.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
