Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our international L&D team. You will support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives across a multicultural environment, ensuring a seamless learning experience for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer learning activities in line with the annual training plan.
• Manage training assignments, schedules, and campaigns through the Cornerstone LMS.
• Organise virtual and classroom sessions, handling all logistical and administrative details.
• Monitor participation, registrations, attendance, waiting lists, and completion rates.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards to track engagement and KPIs.
• Provide support to employees and stakeholders regarding learning programmes.
• Maintain accurate learning records and ensure system integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver successful initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training Administration, or HR.
• Hands‑on experience with Cornerstone LMS (mandatory).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
