Junior Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our new office in the heart of Porto. No prior recruitment experience is required – you will receive full training and support to develop your career in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client companies to understand their hiring needs and act as a strategic partner.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
• Develop trust‑based relationships with both clients and candidates to facilitate successful hires.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a personable, positive attitude.
• Organised, efficient and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in an office or professional services environment (internship or placement).
• Third‑level degree and fluency in English.
• Strong time‑management, multitasking and phone etiquette.
