IT Service Desk Internship

About the role

Join our IT service desk team as an intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting end‑users in a fast‑paced environment. You will work alongside seasoned IT professionals, helping to resolve technical issues while developing your troubleshooting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support to users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
• Log and track incidents in the ticketing system.
• Assist with deployment and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to build a career in IT.

Required skills
