IT Recruiter (French Speaker)

About the role

InnoTech is looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter who is fluent in French, Portuguese and English. You will join a fast‑growing team of over 180 professionals and help connect top IT talent with our business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Create and publish accurate job descriptions, screen CVs, and evaluate candidates.
• Maintain recruitment‑related administrative records and support hiring managers.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques.
• Conduct phone and video interviews and collaborate closely with business managers to align hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in recruitment processes.
• Degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and French.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
