International Sales Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing fintech distributor as a Sales Executive, driving growth across four European markets. You will work directly with the Founder and senior leadership, based in Lisbon while travelling to Portugal, Denmark, Belgium and Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead individual sales projects from conception to delivery.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in banking, insurance and utility sectors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product offerings with market needs.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet ambitious growth targets.
• Represent the company in multiple markets, adapting approaches to local contexts.

Required profile

• Highly ambitious, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Native proficiency in Portuguese or Danish and fluent English.
• Valid EU work permit.
