Inbound Telesales Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Inbound Telesales Representatives to join our Lisbon team and represent Salt, a leading Swiss telecommunications provider. You will handle incoming customer calls, promote telecom offers and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and identify customer needs.
• Present and sell Salt’s telecom products and services.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and resolve inquiries.

Required profile

• Passion for sales and customer interaction.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced call‑center environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting sales campaigns.
