Human Resources Director

About the role

The Human Resources Director will lead the HR function for a technology and commercial lending organization, acting as a strategic partner to the executive team. This senior role is responsible for shaping culture, driving talent development, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute an HR strategy aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and talent acquisition for technical, financial, and administrative positions.
• Design and oversee training, leadership development, succession planning, and performance evaluation programs.
• Promote a culture of innovation, ethics, customer service, and collaboration while driving wellness and engagement initiatives.
• Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits programs tailored to technology and financial markets.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, financial sector regulations, and internal policies, managing audits and investigations.
• Manage labor relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and legal risk mitigation.
• Implement and optimize HRIS systems and talent analytics to support data‑driven decision making.
• Lead change management initiatives, technology integrations, and business scaling efforts.
• Direct, develop, and evaluate the HR team to foster high performance and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in technology, fintech, commercial lending, or financial services sectors.
