HR Specialist – Onboarding (EMEA)

About the role

Pebl is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to own the onboarding and off‑boarding experience for employees across the EMEA region. You will act as a regional expert, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transitions and high‑quality service for both supported employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding for supported employees, working closely with Immigration, Payroll and external service providers.
• Provide expert‑level HR support to clients, handling queries on benefits, international payroll, expense reporting and related matters.
• Maintain and audit HR records, including personal data, contracts and job‑specific documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and collective agreements, flagging any required rectifications.
• Partner with client‑services teams to manage relationships and drive client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal product and knowledge‑base teams to supply regional expertise.
• Identify potential issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and work with relevant teams for resolution.
• Assist in training new team members and contribute to other duties as needed.
