HR Representative – Talent Acquisition Support

About the role

We are looking for an HR Representative to support the Talent Acquisition Corporate Requirement Validation unit. The role will manage employment screening processes, ensure compliance, and provide a high‑quality experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct initial assessments, both virtual and onsite, and maintain accurate records of results.
• Communicate background‑check procedures to candidates, request third‑party checks, and review outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute pre‑ and final adverse‑action letters in accordance with FCRA and local regulations.
• Perform financial and regulatory verifications (OFAC, credit, security, ARX) and manage drug‑test scheduling and follow‑up.
• Verify the completeness and quality of candidate files and collaborate with the employee‑file unit to digitize records within set timelines.
• Support daily Talent Acquisition administrative tasks and assist with remediation projects and audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• At least one year of experience in HR recruitment, documentation, or related functions.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and customer‑service skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• High attention to detail, data‑integrity focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
