HR Process Support – French Speaker

About the role

Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon and become the first point of contact for French‑speaking employees and managers. You will help deliver a consistent, high‑quality employee experience across multiple countries while supporting HR operations for France.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the friendly initial contact for employees and managers on all HR‑related topics.
• Guide new joiners from offer letter through onboarding and beyond.
• Maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and documents.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Management or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) to support HR operations for France.
• Strong, clear communication skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Comfort working with diverse cultures and an adaptable, proactive attitude.
