Group Human Resources Manager

About the role

GWIC is seeking an experienced Group Human Resources Manager to lead and harmonise HR activities across its international offices. The role will partner with senior leadership and country teams to ensure effective people management while supporting the company’s growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes across multiple offices and markets.
• Support managers in identifying staffing needs and developing recruitment strategies.
• Oversee onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Develop and maintain Group‑wide HR policies, procedures and internal guidelines.
• Implement performance management and employee evaluation systems.
• Drive career development, training and professional development initiatives.
• Define job descriptions, organisational structures, reporting lines and career paths.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and internal HR databases.
• Monitor employment contracts, renewals, leave and absences in coordination with Finance & Administration.
• Assist management with employee relations, retention and internal communication.
• Promote a consistent GWIC culture across countries and offices.
• Support compensation and benefits benchmarking and remuneration framework development.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws in collaboration with legal advisers and external providers.
• Create HR dashboards and management reports on headcount, recruitment, turnover and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and professionalisation of internal HR organisation.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Labour Relations or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in professional services, engineering, consulting, construction or international business.
• Proven ability to establish processes and structure in a growing, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working directly with senior management and coordinating cross‑country teams.
