About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking B2B Customer Service Representative to join a leading payment‑solutions provider in Lisbon. In this on‑site position you will support business clients in both French and English, helping them maximise the value of a comprehensive business technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional B2B support to French‑ and English‑speaking business clients via phone, email and chat.
• Handle enquiries, troubleshoot issues and deliver effective, tailored solutions.
• Verify client account information and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and timely resolution throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• At least 6 months experience in a customer‑oriented contact‑centre environment.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent multitasking, attention to detail and communication skills.
