French-Speaking Customer Support Advisor

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our premium consumer products project in Lisbon. The role involves assisting customers across phone, email and chat, handling product inquiries, order management and post‑sales support while delivering an excellent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product‑related questions and order inquiries.
• Handle post‑sales requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Deliver accurate information while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with international teams to provide seamless support.
• Contribute to maintaining service quality and achieving team performance goals.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑oriented mindset with a passion for exceptional service.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in an international, fast‑paced environment.
