French Client Facing Support Agent for GPS App

About the role

This position provides bilingual (French/English) support for users of a major GPS navigation application. You will handle incoming emails and calls, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers toward effective solutions while contributing to product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist users of the GPS navigation tool via email and inbound calls.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and usage issues.
• Document actions, categorize cases, and flag potential bugs for engineering teams.
• Provide support for both free and paid product features.
• Escalate complex cases following established procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of customer service experience, preferably in B2C or B2B contact centers.
• Native‑level French (written and spoken) and fluent English.
• Proactive mindset, strong team spirit, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
• Valid legal work permit for Portugal.
