Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

We’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketer to help Base360 reach short‑term rental operators and property management companies — and turn attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role working directly with the founder to build our growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more growth channels end‑to‑end, set strategy, launch campaigns and take responsibility for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and industry partnerships.
• Learn how property managers operate, identify pain points and craft messaging that makes them switch to Base360.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; stop what doesn’t work and scale what does.
• Leverage AI for research, copywriting, targeting, content production and automation.
• Build and optimise funnels and landing pages to improve conversion from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging and translating product capabilities into clear value propositions.
• Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs and pipeline contribution, and explain what’s working.
