Marketing, Social Media & Design Executive

About the role

This hands‑on marketing position is based in Portugal and focuses on strengthening the company’s digital presence, brand visibility, and audience engagement. You will own the LinkedIn strategy, create and schedule content, manage social media activity, and support recruiters with personal branding and vacancy promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consistent LinkedIn strategy to increase reach, engagement and followers.
• Create, schedule and publish LinkedIn posts covering vacancies, market updates, team news and company milestones.
• Support recruiters and consultants with personal branding, content ideas and job promotion on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage additional social channels such as Instagram and Glassdoor, monitoring performance and optimizing content.
• Produce recruitment marketing campaigns, employer‑brand content and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Maintain a structured content calendar covering social media, blogs, newsletters and recruitment campaigns.
• Support website content management, SEO initiatives and email marketing campaigns.
• Track and report on social media, website and campaign performance, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn for a business, brand or professional services organisation.
• Proven background supporting recruiters or consultants with personal branding and vacancy promotion.
• Experience working in a recruitment agency, staffing business or similar B2B environment is highly advantageous.
