Finance Data Analyst – Reporting & Master Data Management

About the role

The Finance Data Analyst will be responsible for the digitalisation of reporting data, the management of master data across the Sites & Services Programme, and the delivery of monthly financial reporting. The role combines technical coding, data governance and close collaboration with controllers and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Digitalise reporting data transformation using Python, SQL, AppScript and automation tools such as Gemini/AI and Skywise.
• Maintain and update master data (cost elements, programme structure, CPNs, cost centre hierarchy) ensuring coherence and consistency.
• Produce detailed monthly programme and function reports, operational consolidations and define the yearly reporting calendar.
• Act as focal point for improvement projects and new tools, including SAP Analytics Cloud.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of SAP, IFRP and ClicknBuy tools.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, AppScript and AI‑driven automation (Gemini, Skywise).
• Background in accounting and controlling with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent coordination skills, team spirit and fluency in English.
