English-Speaking Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking Sales Representative to support Reddit’s advertising and business growth initiatives in Lisbon. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, guiding new clients through onboarding, and fostering engagement with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to identify and contact potential advertising clients.
• Introduce prospects to Reddit’s advertising solutions and business opportunities.
• Assist clients through the sign‑up and onboarding process.
• Present relevant solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Identify decision‑makers and uncover new business opportunities.
• Handle objections professionally and close high‑value sales pitches.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in a CRM system, meeting established performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable making cold calls and building relationships with business clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
