End User Support Specialist (Field Support)

About the role

MOZAYDO is looking for an End User Support Specialist to provide hands‑on IT assistance in an international workplace. The role is fully on‑site in Lisbon and involves direct interaction with users, troubleshooting hardware and software, and ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site technical support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and workplace‑related incidents.
• Install, configure, deploy and support Windows computers and peripheral devices.
• Support printers, scanners and other office equipment.
• Set up and troubleshoot meeting‑room and audiovisual equipment.
• Assist users with workplace applications, connectivity and access issues.
• Prepare, replace and recover end‑user devices.
• Record, categorise and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing platform.
• Escalate complex incidents to internal or external support teams.
• Maintain accurate records of devices, incidents, requests and technical interventions.
• Support IT asset inventory and CMDB maintenance.
• Assist with basic local network and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Follow security, service‑management and equipment‑handling procedures.

Required profile

• Professional experience in field support, desktop support or end‑user IT support.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Windows workplace environments.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software and peripheral‑device issues.
• Practical knowledge of printers and meeting‑room/audiovisual equipment.
• Basic understanding of networks, workplace connectivity and local infrastructure.
