About the role

This high‑impact leadership position sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial growth, and execution discipline for Mastercard's Economic & Business Intelligence unit. As Director of GTM Strategy & Product Operations, you will translate the broader EBI vision into clear market priorities, scalable go‑to‑market propositions, and measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with global product managers, regional teams, finance, and other stakeholders to own and drive high‑priority workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Convert the EBI strategic roadmap into actionable GTM priorities and market‑ready propositions.
• Develop and maintain scalable go‑to‑market collateral and operating routines.
• Lead cross‑functional workstreams, ensuring alignment across product, regional, and finance teams.
• Define and track performance metrics to deliver measurable business results.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence product direction and commercial strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior product or GTM leadership experience, preferably in data‑driven or market‑intelligence environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of delivering commercial growth.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior‑level stakeholders.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
