Director, Enterprise Vulnerability & Exposure Management

About the role

Danaher is seeking a senior leader to operationalize and drive its global vulnerability and exposure management (CTEM) program. Reporting to the Global Chief Information Security Officer, you will work remotely to shape strategy into a sustainable capability across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the CTEM operating model, defining scope, discovery, prioritization, validation, and remediation across the enterprise attack surface.
• Design prioritization logic that blends asset criticality, exploitability (EPSS/KEV), exposure paths, controls, and business impact.
• Set integration blueprints linking vulnerability management, attack surface management, cloud posture, red‑team testing, and ticketing tools.
• Establish sustainability and governance frameworks, including remediation SLAs, exception governance, service ownership, and metrics.
• Mobilize remediation owners across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and third‑party teams and report exposure risk to executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• 14+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on vulnerability, exposure, or threat exposure management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise or global CTEM strategy, governance, and remediation across multiple business units.
• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability/exposure platforms such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Wiz, or Microsoft Defender.
• Ability to work independently, drive cross‑functional remediation, and communicate risk to senior leadership.
