D2C E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

As a D2C E‑Commerce Specialist you will be the primary technical partner for brand‑market digital initiatives, ensuring the Nestlé direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) web presence is attractive, functional and continuously improving. You will work closely with marketing, product and IT teams to deliver high‑quality online experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute webmastering tasks for brand websites, D2C webshops and mobile apps according to market direction.
• Submit and document all webmastering activities on time.
• Test functionality, troubleshoot issues and maintain clear process documentation.
• Optimize website content following SEO guidelines and recommendations from the SEO team.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse results and present actionable insights to the business.
• Update website content, manage promotions and product listings, and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms, preferably Magento 2.
• University degree in digital technologies or a related field.
• Excellent written and editing skills in English.
• Experience conducting testing and QA activities.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and a general understanding of user experience (UX).
• Good knowledge of web analytics and optimisation tools.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and collaborative abilities.
