Cybersecurity Project Manager (French speaker)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end security initiatives in Portugal. The role works closely with Security, IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture and Development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Define project plans, milestones, deliverables, scope, budget and timelines for cybersecurity programmes.
• Coordinate technical resources across multiple business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain proactive communication with all project participants and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure successful implementation of IAM and Network Security solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French (C1).
• Willingness to travel within Portugal and internationally.

Required skills

• Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Network Security.
• Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST SP 800 series.
• Familiarity with security certifications (CISSP, CISA) – nice to have.
