About the role
We are looking for a remote Cyber Security Specialist to join our AI safety team. You will work on red‑team exercises for conversational AI models, helping customers uncover and remediate security weaknesses.
Key responsibilities
- Red‑team conversational AI models and agents to identify vulnerabilities.
- Generate high‑quality human data by annotating failures and classifying vulnerabilities.
- Apply structured frameworks to ensure consistent testing methodologies.
- Document findings in clear reports and datasets for customer action.
Required profile
- Strong experience in AI adversarial work or cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to push systems to breaking points.
- Experience using structured frameworks or benchmarks.
- Excellent communication of risks to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability to work across multiple projects and customers.

What we offer
- Hourly rate between $29 and $45.
