About the role

We are looking for a remote Cyber Security Specialist to join our AI safety team. You will work on red‑team exercises for conversational AI models, helping customers uncover and remediate security weaknesses.

Key responsibilities

Red‑team conversational AI models and agents to identify vulnerabilities.
Generate high‑quality human data by annotating failures and classifying vulnerabilities.
Apply structured frameworks to ensure consistent testing methodologies.
Document findings in clear reports and datasets for customer action.

Required profile

Strong experience in AI adversarial work or cybersecurity.
Proven ability to push systems to breaking points.
Experience using structured frameworks or benchmarks.
Excellent communication of risks to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Adaptability to work across multiple projects and customers.

What we offer

Hourly rate between $29 and $45.
