About the role
As a CX Associate you will be the heartbeat of a customer‑centric mission, delivering best‑in‑class experiences for German‑speaking customers. You will work closely with the Magic team to ensure every brand interaction is seamless, empathetic and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Answer client inquiries via the customer interface platform, Facebook and email.
- Address order and product issues, tracking shipments and handling backend shipping queries.
- Conduct general research and update client addresses and information.
Required profile
- Fluent in German and English, able to convey key points concisely.
- Available to work weekends or split shifts.
- Legally resident in Portugal and able to work from within the EU.
- Highly organized, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Calm under uncertainty and quick to learn new skills.
