Channel Field Marketing Manager – EMEA

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Channel Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region to drive partner‑focused marketing initiatives. You will work closely with system integrators, distributors and internal sales teams to create demand, convert opportunities and measure ROI across the Video Security & Access Control portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner marketing strategies with SIs and distributors.
• Manage partner budgets and MDF, prioritising high‑impact programs.
• Track, analyse and report campaign metrics to inform future tactics.
• Create compelling content and enablement assets for partners.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, channel account managers and broader marketing teams to align goals.
• Plan and host partner‑facing events, including conferences and webinars.
• Provide ongoing support for partner marketing inquiries.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in partner/channel marketing and sales enablement.
• Ability to connect sales and marketing objectives and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated with a track record of delivering full‑funnel campaigns.

Required skills

• Salesforce (SFDC) reporting and CRM management.
• HubSpot marketing automation.
• Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms.
• Understanding of lead flow processes and management.
