Associate Lead – OpenData

About the role

Veeva OpenData provides global reference data for healthcare professionals and organizations, covering addresses, emails, specialties, demographics, compliance data and affiliations. The data set will be available in over 100 countries by the end of 2025 and will expand further. As an Associate Lead you will guide and develop a remote team of researchers, design data production processes and drive process and technology improvements while ensuring compliance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30+ researchers and analysts.
• Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects.
• Build a dynamic, proactive, high‑performing team culture.
• Own the team’s KPIs and overall performance.
• Escalate risks and incidents early and clearly.

Required profile

• Experience in business processes management.
• Demonstrated leadership potential.
• Skilled with spreadsheets.
• Adaptability to international or remote settings.
