AI Solutions Engineering Analyst – Fashion

About the role

Join Metyis' Data & Analytics team at the Hugo Boss Digital Campus in Porto as an AI Solutions Engineering Analyst. You will work on cutting‑edge AI projects that support the fashion brand’s e‑commerce and data‑driven growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, testing and continuous improvement of AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with central and local data teams to prepare data sources, knowledge bases and RAG pipelines for AI use cases.
• Implement and test prompts, context strategies and other techniques to boost AI application performance.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI workflows together with senior team members.
• Research, experiment and share findings on new AI models, tools and frameworks.
• Contribute to AI agents, orchestration workflows and documentation of methodologies, prompts and experiments.
• Assist in monitoring AI solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in AI, data analytics or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Interest in fashion‑tech and e‑commerce environments.
