Workday Functional Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Workday Functional Analyst to join a global organisation expanding its shared services across 20 countries. Based in the Lisbon area, you will work in a hybrid setting, reporting to the Workday Lead and helping to optimise and enhance the existing Workday platform.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Learning and Security.
• Support global HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of Workday processes.
• Provide advisory support and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist with Workday integrations and recommend enhancements to existing functionality.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, ensuring seamless HR operations across multiple regions.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Workday, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong configuration expertise across one or more Workday modules.
• Interest or working knowledge of Workday integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
