Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our HR team. The successful candidate will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract high‑quality talent.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills and fit.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and keep recruitment metrics up to date.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in IT.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
