System Administrator – Microsoft Technologies

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator with strong Microsoft expertise to join our client’s IT team. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting the Windows infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security across the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows Server infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and VMware environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network and server issues.
• Implement and maintain backup solutions such as Veeam or Backup Exec.
• Ensure security patches and updates are applied promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, TCP/IP and Office 365.
• Hands‑on experience with backup tools (Veeam or Backup Exec).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
