Supply Chain Specialist (Outbound Operations)

About the role

Excelia is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist focused on outbound operations to join its Porto team. You will work in a flexible hybrid model, supporting continuous improvement and project delivery across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects and continuous improvement processes within Supply Chain Management to prepare the supply chain for current and future requirements.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of excellence processes, best practices, and standards for Supply Chain.
• Support all functional departments in implementing changes and executing projects.
• Help set and implement standards for Supply Chain Management.
• Support system development and implementations for all SCM‑relevant IT solutions.
• Implement and foster excellence processes such as freight and customer order processes.
• Manage continuous improvement processes, benefit databases, and best‑practice exchange for central inventory management.
• Define and implement KPIs and OPIs.
• Provide a demand coordination structure and develop supply chain solutions to meet customer demands and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Supply Chain Specialist with a focus on outbound operations or a similar role.
• Experience in global material flow management, project management and change management.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
