Fleet and Logistics Manager

About the role

Indie Campers is seeking a results‑driven Regional Asset Lead to oversee fleet and logistics operations across the UKI & Nordics region. Reporting to the Regional Director and the Asset Strategy Director, you will act as the operational backbone, translating strategy into daily execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes, coordinating with local depots and Asset Analysts.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, especially health & safety, facilities, stock management, and service delivery.
• Monitor core KPIs such as vehicle unavailability, supplier network performance, maintenance costs, and in‑fleet processes.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as the right‑hand to the Regional Director and act as BROM’s replacement when needed.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Asset Analysts through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with People team on hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Manage key supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Drive strategic projects including depot openings and fleet expansion initiatives.
• Continuously improve processes for speed, cost‑efficiency, and consistency using data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading logistics or fleet management teams in a regional context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader corporate strategy.
