Supplier Risk Management Assistant – French Speaker

About the role

Thales Business Support Services is seeking a French‑speaking Supplier Risk Management Assistant to support supplier data processes across the EMEA region. Based in Paço de Arcos, you will act as a key liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of supplier data and questionnaires across the EMEA region.
• Manage supplier access, lifecycle, and updates to ordering contact details.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and country representatives.
• Resolve system issues and supplier data problems within agreed timelines.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the quality of supplier data.

Required profile

• Fluency in French for effective supplier communication.
• Experience in administrative or customer/supplier roles.
• Strong problem‑solving and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal and communication abilities.
