Solution Consultant – French Speaking

About the role

The Solution Consultant will support Sofyne’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects from design through deployment and post‑go‑live support. The role focuses on configuring, testing, and maintaining the solution for manufacturing sites while providing technical assistance to key users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client expectations and prioritize support issues (L2/L3).
• Provide on‑site and remote technical assistance during solution deployment and production use.
• Analyze issues, propose permanent fixes or work‑arounds, and implement corrective code.
• Handle application releases, software deployments, and change requests.
• Conduct technical and organizational audits of supported sites.
• Contribute to internal tool and process improvements and build a knowledge repository.
• Participate in 24/7 shift support as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Customer‑oriented with good communication skills.
