SEO/GEO Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on SEO/GEO Lead to own SEO, GEO and content strategy across a portfolio of client accounts. You will drive visibility in traditional and AI‑powered search engines, combining content creation, technical SEO and authority building.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and GEO strategies for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Deliver measurable organic results: traffic, keyword rankings, AI visibility, citations and conversions.
• Plan, research and produce content that ranks and gets cited by AI search engines.
• Lead a content writer and a link builder, setting priorities and reviewing deliverables.
• Build topic, keyword and entity strategies and translate them into briefs and finished assets.
• Utilise proprietary AI visibility technology and SEO tooling to uncover opportunities and prove impact.
• Report performance clearly to clients and translate metrics into business outcomes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of SEO experience with demonstrable, measurable results.
• Proven track record managing multiple client accounts or brands, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong content background – able to write, edit and direct high‑performing content.
• Deep focus on organic growth through content, technical SEO and authority building.
• Comfort with GEO/AEO – optimizing for AI‑driven search engines, not just Google.
• Analytical, self‑directed and capable of owning strategy and execution without hand‑holding.
• Experience leading a small team of a writer and a link builder.
