About the role
Mastercard is looking for a Senior Customer Success Specialist to join its Services Customer Success team. In this role you will help priority customers and market segments maximize the value of Mastercard’s network products through proactive engagement, strategic guidance, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customer stakeholders to assess solution viability, understand cyber‑risk challenges, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Define and track key performance indicators related to cost, performance and product optimization, driving measurable customer value.
- Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, and Technical Account Managers to ensure technical and program readiness.
- Develop and execute growth strategies that increase product adoption, renewals, and qualified expansion leads.
- Provide feedback to product and process teams to influence roadmap and improve the overall Mastercard ecosystem.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in customer success, account management or related roles within the payments or financial services industry.
- Strong ability to work across multiple internal functions and influence outcomes.
- Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on delivering data‑driven insights.
- Demonstrated track record of driving customer adoption, retention and revenue growth.
