Sales Representative – Remote US Market

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Sales Representative to drive B2B sales of custom glass products to U.S.-based clients. Working remotely, you will handle inbound leads, build relationships, and close deals while collaborating with our estimating team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage qualified inbound leads supplied by the Lead Qualification team.
- Conduct most client interactions via phone (80‑90%) and follow‑up with email.
- Partner with the Estimating Department to prepare and present accurate project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Develop deep product knowledge of custom glass solutions to explain technical details.
- Maintain detailed records in HubSpot CRM, including notes, pipeline updates, and follow‑ups.
- Provide professional, timely communication throughout the sales cycle for U.S. clients.
Required profile
- 2‑3+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience, preferably with a focus on closing.
- Proven ability to work remotely and manage time independently.
- Experience serving U.S. customers or familiarity with the U.S. market.
- Near‑native spoken English (C1+).
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and client communication skills.
Required skills
- HubSpot (CRM) – experience using the platform for pipeline management.
