Sales Development Representative – Enterprise

About the role

Deel is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (Enterprise) to help expand its footprint across new accounts in Saudi Arabia. You will be the first point of contact for prospective enterprise customers, driving inbound and outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential enterprise customers through market analysis and lead generation.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to engage decision‑makers.
• Qualify leads by understanding their onboarding processes and business needs.
• Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of Deel’s Sales Playbook and technology stack.

Required profile

• Strong interest in B2B enterprise sales and a proven ability to build relationships at multiple organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with team objectives.
