Remote B2B Business Travel Consultant (GDS) with French

About the role

We are an international TravelTech company seeking a Remote B2B Business Travel Consultant fluent in French. You will support corporate travellers in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment, handling complex bookings and ensuring a seamless travel experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality travel support via phone, email and chat.
• Manage hotel, flight, rail and car rental bookings accurately.
• Handle complex itineraries, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR management.
• Assist customers with self‑service digital platforms and mobile applications.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, operational procedures and global regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of suppliers, destinations, booking systems and industry processes.
• Participate in training sessions, supplier updates and operational meetings.
• Maintain SLA targets, quality standards and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Fluent French and good English (B2 level or higher).
• Previous experience in business or corporate travel.
• Hands‑on experience with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
• Strong understanding of ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR management.
• Knowledge of complex itineraries, airfare construction, negotiated fares and routing.
• Understanding of ARC and BSP booking practices.
• Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday‑Friday, 07:00‑19:00).
