QA Analyst (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a QA Analyst who is fluent in French to join our consulting team supporting banking and financial services clients. The role is hybrid, based in Porto or Lisbon, and involves ensuring the quality of our IT solutions through manual testing and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases.
• Track and follow up on bugs throughout the lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resources and activities.
• Participate in test effort estimation and risk identification.
• Review and analyse test results.
• Prepare test status and issue status reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
• French language proficiency at B2 level.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting in Portugal.

Required skills

• JIRA‑XRAY for test management.
• API testing using Soap UI or Postman.
• SQL for data validation.
