Project Manager – Technology & Digital Transformation

About the role

KCS IT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and digital transformation initiatives for a range of clients. The role is based in Lisbon and operates in a hybrid model, combining office collaboration with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects across the full lifecycle.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional frameworks (PMI, PRINCE2) as appropriate.
• Utilise project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Trello.
• Manage project budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4‑5 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM/PSM, PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP) are preferred.
• Experience working on international or enterprise‑level projects.
