People Services Associate – French Speaker (HR Operations)

About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented GBS People Services Associate who is fluent in French to join our HR Operations team in Lisbon. The role supports the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and compliant employee data while handling HR documentation and sick‑leave processes for France.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee data in HR systems, guaranteeing accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Support onboarding, off‑boarding and all intermediate stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Process HR documentation such as contracts, amendments and certificates.
- Monitor and manage sick‑leave procedures in line with French regulations.
- Conduct data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.
- Assist with reporting, administrative calculations and HR project activities.
- Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Initial experience in administration, HR or shared services is an advantage.
- Strong interest in HR operations, data management and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
