About the role
We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technology positions. You will partner with business managers to understand hiring needs, attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Attract, identify and recruit candidates from the job market for IT roles.
- Create and publish job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with Business Managers to align role requirements, timelines and candidate profiles.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
Required profile
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within IT.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Approachable, ethical and results‑oriented attitude.
- Well‑organized with strong planning and prioritisation abilities.
- Comfortable using digital tools and recruitment platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Good level of English (minimum B1).
