IT PMO – French Speaker (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

MoOngy is seeking an IT Project Management Officer who is fluent in French to join its Financial Services team in Lisbon. The position is hybrid, requiring a presence in the office two to three days a week, and offers the chance to support innovative projects across Europe and North Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Provide documentation, reporting, trackers, and meeting follow‑up support.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with risk and issue tracking, including escalation when needed.

Required profile

• Relevant IT experience.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2/C1).
• Living in Portugal with legal authorization to work.
• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Understanding of administrative and contractual processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
